Training for private owner

Hello!
I purchased a used 2004 Vasomedical TS-4. A doctor advised that I purchase one, as this was the only way I could afford to go with the ongoing treatment I was told was needed. I had some training, but would like more. Can anyone tell me where I could find someone in my area that I could go to for training or they could come here? I am in Newport Beach CA. about halfway between L.A. and San Diego.
