Pulmonary Hypertension
I have an 88 YO gentleman with extensive plaque. Recent ECHO reveals moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension. This is a contraindication for ECP. The conflict here is that this individual has NO other option. How serious an issue is pulmonary hypertension and ECP? Thanks for a reply.
